Peh Hui Yee
Hui Yee holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Flinders University, South Australia. She had over 10 years of clinical experience, with key areas of practice including surgical oncology, oncology, weight management, bariatric surgery, and nutrition support.
In addition to her clinical work, she was involved in teaching and mentoring dietetics students, as well as guiding junior dietitians. She also contributed to clinical research and presented at professional conferences.
Hui Yee currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at a local polytechnic, where she teaches selected food and nutrition modules.
