Lara Lua
Lara holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with Nutrition from the International Medical University, Malaysia. With years of experience as a dietitian, Lara began her career at GHHS Healthcare Centre and
received training at Hospital Penang and Regency Specialist Hospital. She has worked and trained across various clinical, community, and food service settings, including acute and community hospitals, government health clinics, private clinics, nursing homes, and sports school. She specializes in supporting clients with chronic diseases.
As a passionate Accredited Dietitian in Singapore, Lara provides personalized dietary consultations based on evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. She has also led a wide range of nutrition talks and initiatives to promote public health awareness, encourage sustainable healthy eating practices, and chronic diseases prevention.
