GentleFoods® Celebrates SG60 with Limited-Time National Day Specials
To commemorate Singapore’s 60th birthday, GentleFoods has launched two exclusive dishes inspired by local favourites, tailored specially for individuals with dysphagia:
Seafood Laksa (IDDSI Level 4 and Level 5)
A creamy, aromatic reinterpretation of the iconic hawker dish, safely texture-modified and packed with flavour.
Mango Coconut Soft Cake (IDDSI Level 4)
A tropical, nostalgic dessert that brings together the best of mango pudding and coconut milk: soft, smooth, and easy to love.
These dishes are available throughout August 2025 via the GentleFoods online store and selected hospitals and partners. They're part of our broader effort to make local comfort food accessible to every Singaporean, regardless of their medical condition.
